In the role of Bank Lawyer at Westra Wermlands Sparbank, you will primarily work with economic family law towards customers.

We have a genuine interest in our customers and are looking for someone who can nurture and develop that relationship in an engaged and businesslike manner. We are driven by working for our community and acting locally, which means being an engaged team player who takes responsibility for our bank.

Your main tasks as a Bank Lawyer include:

• Identifying the customer's needs within the family law area and preparing necessary documents.
• Ensuring competence training within the bank by conducting - or otherwise contributing to - the continuing education of the bank's staff.
• In customer meetings, proactively work on identifying the customer's other needs regarding investment and insurance advice and thereby lead them to other colleagues or departments in the bank.
• Participate when necessary in the bank's various marketing activities and thereby contribute to the high customer satisfaction that the results show annually.

We meet our customers at one of our seven offices in the area, over the phone, or through our digital channels. You will also ensure that you follow developments regarding regulations, digital tools, and instructions.

About you

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in meeting people and has the ability to create trust in contact with customers and colleagues. You are attracted to working at a local bank and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

You need to be relationship-building, curious, and communicative, making customers feel seen and cared for. It is equally important that you are structured and can plan, prioritize, and complete cases according to set expectations.

You have the ability to express yourself very well both verbally and in writing in Swedish. You work independently and maintain a high level both qualitatively and quantitatively.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have some form of legal education. You also need to have a driver's license as travel to all offices is included in the role.

Several years of work experience in economic family law is an advantage.
